This adorable ‘abandoned kitten’ that was rescued by a teenager has turned out be a Jaguarundi wild cat. According to local media, 18-year-old Florencia Lobos was fishing with her brother Lucas near their home in Santa Rosa de Leales in the northern Argentine province of Tucuman when they heard a noise coming from a cave next to the river. She found two ‘kittens’ in the cave next to the corpse of their dead mother and she took them home to take care of them.
