AWAC has embarked on a campaign to launch – #AWACHerLegacyInitiative, to accelerate investments towards establishing and furnishing the AWAC Hub of Holistic Transformation (HHOT)/AWAC Village and consolidate the Community Health and Livelihood Enhancement Group (CHLEG) into a Female Sex Worker (FSW) led Micro Finance Bank in Uganda, leveraging from the past experiences and lessons learnt from the effects of the COVID-19 lockdowns experience. The ideal vision is geared toward establishing a sustainable FSW led innovations aimed at championing socio-economical justice to diversify their income and cater for their children and basic needs.
