Simon Wiesenthal Center Museum of Tolerance and Rally For Her Justice present a special program: Violence and Rape as Weapons of War Reception and Exhibit Viewing: 5:30–6:45pm Forum: 7:00–8:30pm Pulitzer Prize-winning Photojournalist Marissa Roth‘s landmark exhibition “One Woman Crying: Women and War” is a thought-provoking and unflinching look at the most underreported aspect of conflicts and warfare, that of the role of women on the home front. The multi decade photographic essay with a global historical reach highlights universal themes: life, death, survival, and the passing of time. It reveals how women have managed to brave and overcome the immediate and lingering challenges of war, for themselves, their families, their cultures and their countries.
