Girls Rising! is a 60-minute virtual event devoted to supporting the mental health and well-being of Latina girls and young women around the country. This interactive webinar is designed to uplift and empowers young people while providing helpful tools to strengthen their emotional and mental health. The dynamic Adriana Alejandre (LMFT) will be a facilitator for Girls Rising!, lending her expertise to a deep-dive interactive discussion. Adriana is a distinguished Latina Trauma Psychotherapist with a clinical practice in Los Angeles, CA. She is also the Founder of Latinx Therapy and the Latinx Podcast, an award-winning weekly broadcast that discusses mental health topics related to Latinas, Latinos, and Latinx individuals. Her mission is to create spaces to spark dialogue about the Latinx community's mental health struggles and strengths.
